I have tested many options which showed online. I believe this is Mazda car system problem. I found only released battery for a while. Screen came back, I reset to original manufacture state. After drive a while, it turned black again. I tested cell phone, radio. This problem is not from usb cable, or cell phone, or radio, or mute button.
